What Should I Expect During a Virtual Distance Reiki Session?
Distance Reiki allows you to receive Reiki energy from the comfort of your own space. Even though we are not physically in the same location, the session is guided with the same intention and care as an in-person session.
Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and include quiet relaxation and gentle energy work. Sessions may also include intuitive insights and supportive guidance if desired.
At the scheduled time, you will be invited to relax in a quiet and comfortable place where you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruption.
You may choose to:
• Lie down on a bed or couch
• Sit comfortably in a chair
• Close your eyes and relax
• Listen to soft music if desired
During the session, many people experience:
